Pastor Craig was born in Monroe, MI, where he grew up and attended a Lutheran parochial school through eighth grade. He then went to the local public high school and was planning to go into Sports Medicine. However, when he went to Concordia University Wisconsin, God saw fit to change his mind and his interests, and he pursued a Pre-Seminary degree with minors in Theological Languages and Youth Ministry. It was also during this time that he spent his summers in California working at a Lutheran Summer Camp.
He went to Seminary after that at Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne, IN. His vicarage was at Catalina Lutheran Church in Tucson, AZ. Now that he’s out here in Kansas, he spends most of free time playing entirely too many video games and getting distracted by his puppy Russo. Pastor Craig is the oldest of four siblings, who along with majority of his family, still live back in Michigan.
If you need to get in contact with Pastor Craig or would like him to visit you, please either e-mail him at: Christopher.craig@ctsfw.edu or call/text him at: 734.790.1992. His off day is Monday, so please contact an elder then. Office hours are by appointment, but he is often in his study at the parsonage during the day.
